Will my child graduate? To walk in a high school graduation ceremony a student must pass the GRAD tests and have enough high school course credits. To get there, every student follows a different path. Talk to your school counselor about any additional requirements they may have. If your child is on an IEP (Individualized Education Program), contact your student's case manager.

To get a diploma, a student must pass GRAD tests (see image at left) and earn enough credits in high school courses. To earn a credit a student MUST PASS the course (a ‘D’ grade or better). Click here for the required number of Graduation Credits in each subject. For students with an IEP, courses of study are important when addressing transition goals and objectives.
